Values Inventory

Write down 10 things that matter most to you. Then cut it to 5. Then rank them. This forces you to confront what you actually prioritize.

How This Works

This is a three-phase exercise. First, brainstorm 10 values — things that genuinely matter to you, not things that sound good. Then you'll cut five. Cutting is the hard part, and that's the point. Finally, rank the remaining five from most to least important. The order matters. Bring this to Session 1.
