Write a letter from the version of you that has already built the life you want. What does that person's day look like? What did they have to let go of?
Write as if you are your future self — the version of you who has already done the work, made the changes, and is living the life you're aiming for. Write to your present self. Be specific. Be honest. Talk about what your day looks like, what you had to let go of, what surprised you, and what you'd tell yourself right now. There's no wrong length, but most people find that 300 to 600 words feels right.
What does a typical Tuesday look like for future you?
What did you have to stop doing to get here?
What surprised you most about becoming this person?
What would you tell your present self to stop worrying about?
What relationships changed? Which ones got stronger?
What's the one thing you wish you'd started sooner?
